Senior Identity Management Architect / Project Manager

International Biometric Group is currently seeking qualified, experienced professionals to join its software development team. Senior Identity Management Architects will serve as key fieldwork integrators and project managers on engagement teams assisting with the design and implementation of Identity Management solutions in mission-critical, large-scale engagements.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working with engagement teams to ensure that projects are designed using International Biometric Group's proven practices
  • Supervising, managing, and contributing to teams responsible for the integration of designed environments and working closely with both clients and team members to meet requirements set by multiple parties
  • Exhibiting strong potential for growth and acceptance of additional responsibilities
  • Comfortably articulating recommendations to client's complex business problems through the use of written reports and presentations

A successful candidate will have the following characteristics:

  • Proven experience as a technical lead on 2+ deployed, identity management systems
  • 3+ years of proven experience with Oracle Identity Management Solutions (Oracle COREid Access and Identity, Oracle COREid Federation, Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle Security Developer Tools, Oracle Internet Directory, Oracle Virtual Directory, Oracle Certificate Authority, Oracle Security Developer Tools, Oracle Web Services Manager) - formerly known as Oblix COREid
  • Foundational understanding of security and identity infrastructure concepts across operating systems, networking, n-tiered architectures
  • Extensive experience with security applications including: access management solutions, user provisioning solutions, and/or enterprise directory solutions
  • Experience designing, architecting, and implementing identity management solutions at all levels
  • Comfort with Windows NT network operating systems, and familiarity with UNIX is a bonus
  • Strong development experience with two or more of the following languages (JAVA, HTML, DHTML, XML, SQL, PL/SQL, C/C++/C#
  • Experience with biometric and/or smart card systems
  • Experience supervising and managing engagement teams of 3 to 10 individuals have relevant Oracle certifications

In addition to technical skills, strong communication skills are required. Successful deployment of complex identity management solutions requires effective communications with the client through all phases of the systems development lifecycle. Part of the candidate's role is to identify areas where opportunities or risks exist, facilitate communication between the groups, and suggest alternatives and mutually agreeable solutions.

Program Manager

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing 5 person team on government site.
  • Communicating complex issues to peers, senior management, clients (verbally and in writing)
  • Developing and maintaining an effective working relationship with a broad range of government and contractor personnel.
  • Training, guiding and mentoring personnel with less experience.
  • Managing schedules, organizing conferences and using document management tools.
