International Biometric Group Hosts Teleconference: Biometrics in Retail Applications

New York, NY—March 6, 2003—International Biometric Group announces the twelfth installment of its Biometric Business and Technology Teleconference series. Trevor Prout, Director of Marketing at IBG, will be discussing the growing usage of consumer-facing biometric technologies in retail environments. The teleconference will discuss some of the current retail deployments, examine the implications for larger retailers, and analyze the prospects for widespread integration of biometrics into retail applications.
